As a copywriter, almost all my work is used without any credit. Which is of course, absolutely the way it should be.
But I still do get a buzz from seeing my writing once it’s published, often amplified by the fact that I’ve got no idea where or when it’s going to appear.
A case in point: today I saw an article I wrote for a client, placed on a major industry news website. I think it’s the combination of thinking “I did that” and the satisfaction of knowing there is a point to all my efforts!
