These are based around British English – for Americans, the best source is probably the AP Stylebook, or the New York Times style manual. Neither are available online, unfortunately, but you can buy them as those old-fashioned book things.
The other good option, in my opinion, is the Chicago Manual of Style, which is available online but as a paid subscription (although with some free resources for teachers and students).
